Customer service was awesome, they work with you after you make your reservation Online so you get what you really wanted. "A group of friends and I rented the Karaoke experience with Keegan! The whole environment was great, from the Tiki theme to the bar, and the karaoke itself. We didn't really have a destination, because the bus itself was the party. Keegan did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable and made sure we enjoyed our time with Karaoke."
